CDCLP Now Offers Two Grants for Current Participants and Two Grants for Program Graduates.

The purpose of the CDCLP Grants are to support four CDCLP leaders and their CDCs with leadership or organizational capacity building efforts that build off of CDCLP curriculum sessions for the betterment of the community.  The grant funds will be used to make an impact in the community that serves both the community and residents while using the capacity and teachings of the CDCLP.
